Where's My Order?
Dispatch: orders are normally dispatched within 1 business day

Tracking is emailed when your order is on the way. It can take 24 to 72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear. If there's been no tracking update for 7 days, send us your order number below and we'll look into it.

Something arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
New to pouches? Your first tin is covered by our 30-day First Tin Guarantee. If the format isn't for you, we'll refund the price of that tin and there's nothing to send back.
Changed your mind on the rest? Unopened tins can be returned within 30 days. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Opened tins can't be returned for change of mind; the First Tin Guarantee is separate and still applies where eligible.
